UPDATE: I made a few errors in my translation that I didn’t catch, but the translation is about 98% accurate. A version 2 will be on its way, and this post will be updated in kind.

  5. Oh God that was good! I know Kio-sensei said there was to be no more Genshiken but I wish he would keep doing these chapters until Ogiue finally graduates.

    With a club full of fujoshi + Sue, a cross-dresser and Kuchiki acting like Ki-kun from Seitokai no Ichizon this chapter brought back the humor of the early Genshiken days.

  9. Oh, hey, Madarame is taking better care of himself (better clothes, nicer haircut, seems to be eating properly) these days. That’s nice to see. All he needs now is a snazzier pair of glasses.

    And my Ogiue-moe is at 100%. She looks so good with her hair down.

  11. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh Sdy what are you doing to me. I was finally just getting over that last little short, then you put this out there.

    I have to admit, Kio is a master of characterization. The fact that he can come back to these characters after all this time and have them still be the characters, then bring in a set of brand new, just as like-able characters, he’s a genius.

    I’m not sure if I want him to come back. I think these are just too darn sweet, and any more will make us fat.

    Also, is it wrong to feel jealousy over a picture?

    • Sadly the RAW I have isn’t great, but I am completely open to anyone taking my translation and using it on a better-quality scan.

      Though people should wait until I get the version 2 out.

      Alternately I could just provide the script.
